In order to implement paragraph 8 of the Action Plan of the State Programme on the School Feeding Development in the Republic of Tajikistan 2022-2027, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 27 April 2022, A technical assessment of the condition of the cafeterias of secondary education institutions was carried out. 

From 6 to 9 January 2026, a technical assessment was carried out in the cafeterias of secondary schools in the Kulyab region of the Khatlon, including the of Kulyab, Norak, Yavan, M.A.S. Hamadoni, Dungara, Farkhor, Temurmalik, Vose and Baljuvon.

This technical assessment was carried out with the support of the UN World Food Programme in the Republic of Tajikistan by experts from the Social and Industrial Foodservice Institute of the Russian Federation.

In addition, from 23 to 26 December 2025, a technical assessment of the state of canteens of general secondary education institutions in cities and districts of the Bokhtar region of the Khatlon region was carried out, namely in the districts of Khuroson, Kushoniyon, Vakhsh, Dusti, Kubodiyon, Shahritus, Nosiri Husrav, A. Jomi, J. Balkhi, Panj and Jayhun.

The collected data is processed according to the results of the carried out activities. Based on the results, it is planned to equip the cafeterias of secondary education institutions with modern technological equipment taking into account the current regulatory requirements.
